  1. Contact your insurance company or fleet/lease manager to lodge a claim. They will give you your claim number/ order number.
     

  2. Contact the O'Brien call centre on 13 16 16 and provide the phone operator with the claim details. They will then contact us with your job details or transfer your call to us directly.
     

  3. A friendly team member will book you in at a time of your convenience.
